    Hi,

First, thank you for this plugin, it’s really helpful!

I’m trying to separated UK mainland with Ireland & the Channel Island but for some reason the customer always matches to my “United Kingdom” zone.

    Here is a screenshot:

Is there something wrong in how I’ve set it up?
I’m testing with the following postcode: PO30 5SE (Isle of Wight).

    Thanks a lot!

    Best,
    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

Looking at the screenshot, it seems ‘PO30’ is provided for the ‘Ireland & the Channel Islands’ shipping zone. Did you mean it to be ‘PO30*‘?

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks for your quick response.

I tried to replace PO30 by PO30* as well but I get the same error. The postcode listed there are actually postcodes from the Isle of Wight which is added as a region anyway so I guess I could remove those postcodes?

    Best,
    Kevin

    Kevin,

I guess you can remove the postcode if it’s not needed. You can find more information on settings up WooCommerce shipping zones in the docs.

Hi Dan, thanks for your message. I’ve removed all the postcode as I don’t think it’s needed. It’s still not working though ??

If I enter an address on the Isle of Wight it’s still matching with the United Kingdom zone (the bottom one) instead of the first one which shouldn’t allow shipping.

I tried to reproduce the issue with a fresh WP installation having only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Locations Pack installed. It worked as expected.

That might mean there is something related to your particular setup. Did you try to disable all other plugins temporarily to check if it helps?
