Cant get the site offline to stop working

  • Hi,

    I have tried to deactivate the plugin multiple times but it is not working. The site offline mode still keeps showing even though in my admin it says that the plugin is deactivated. Please help.

    I am having the same issue with my other website as well. I have deactivated and even deleted the plugin and it’s still saying site offline. I have checked on different devices and they all say site offline. How do I fix this problem? I need my site up…

    I meant to put this in my comment as well- I have refreshed all of the cache. So it is not that. Please someone help.
