Can't get this plugin to work

I’m using the plugin and everything appears to be set up correctly.
1. Go to Add Media
2. Click S3 Video
3. Click Insert VideoAnd… nothing. A button that says Insert into Post appears, but it’s greyed out. Also, the fonts all seem to change in the overlay.
