Can’t get to admin login screen

In trying to fix some of the links in our blog, my boyfriend changed the blog URL listed in the dashboard. Now we can’t access the dashboard or the admin login screen at all – instead we get taken to this page: https://www.breakfastontour.com/blog/wp-login.php/?redirect_to=%2Fblog%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php. None of our usernames/passwords work. Our blog page (https://www.breakfastontour.com/blog/index.php) doesn’t look the way it’s supposed to at all; the content is there, but not much else. Please help me fix this before I have to throw him out a window. Thanks.
