Can't get to admin page

Hi,

After days of research on many threads I didn’t find the answer and most of the time the topic were more than 2 years old.

I had trouble with my WordPress where no modification were taken into account, someone suggested me to upgrade manually WordPress via Filezilla, I did do that but after having a loop about a required database update and finally having found that the solution was to check whether or not the database version was the right.

I now have a new issue, I’m no longer able to go into my dashboard. There is a continual loop whether I try with /wp-login or /wp-admin.

I have already tried to disable all plugins, to upgrade again, I can’t really change my theme as no default theme seems to be setup and if I change the name of disable the current one my website is just a blank page.

Please advice.
