Can’t get to Block editor when plugin activated on single site in multisite…

    Hi
    I just tried activating Classic Editor plugin on a single site within my multisite installation.
    When I did this, the site defaulted to classic editor with no option anywhere to switch to block editor.
    I would like to have it default to block editor with the option (as described as the default action).
    I am using WP 5.1.3 and Classic Editor 1.4
