Hi there. I’ve used your plugin for a subdomain. I clicked on all except reset users when using it. It went successfully and I can login to wp-admin (after having to go through several password changes and amending wp.config file but I have no access to the dashboard. When I click in the site name where it should be it stays the same after refreshing. Help! How can I get my dashboard back!

Frustrating isn’t it. I suspect it’s something in a file that just needs amending but in the complete absence of any support on a support forum the irony hasn’t gone unnoticed!), having to reinstall everything and start all over again.

    Yep, same issue for me.

Hi, morning from Spain. I share my experience, this happen a few days ago.

Recently and finally I manage to access my dashboard. But I Know of course I need to Reset my Dashboard, however before I need your advise.

If you have the same trouble like I have perhaps you need to considered to check your FTP (in your Hosting-manage area) and Verified there is not any malicious New User”. If there is any unrecognizable user you must Deleted (I did), and You Supposed To clean your server (I’m afraid how to clean the server and make fatal error).
Also you must check your Console in Google Analytic and verified and ensure you are the sole owner of the domain: You must verify once again as the OWNER (I did). If there is any unrecognizable New OWNER you must unverified this person immediately (I did).

Does any of you have manage to access the dashboard after Reset your dashboard? Before I decide to Reset my database I would like to assure that I will not have the same problem and how to fixed if it.

Please get back to me and thank you for your time,
