Can’t get to form settings

    Hi!

    I use everest forms on several sites. On one of them I needed to change some email settings so I went to “all forms” and clicked on the form that needed changing. It gets stuck loading the settings page.. I tried updating the plugin, cleared browser cache, and checked on another website that I am using the plugin on. But also there it shows the same issue.. It doesn’t give an error necesarily, it just keeps loading and never opens the settings page. Making it impossible for me to change the email settings.

    Same here, can’t add a new form, can’t make changes to an existing form, it keeps loading forever.

    I can’t edit either any form in the list or add a new one. I think there is some problem with the latest version of WP. I don’t see any errors on the debug.log neither in the web console.

    same issues.. just loading, cleared cache, tried different browsers, deleted everything and reinstalled. nothing is working.

    – updated to WP 5.6
    – updated to Everest Forms 1.7.2.1 (free version)
    -> Online editing is gone
    -> Existing forms are still working
    -> List of existing forms IDs is visible
    Now I’m testing >export as json, edit locally, then re-import<

    We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have tested this issue on our other user’s sites too but we were unable to find any issues on the users’ site when we did a test from our end. Since the issue is really strange!

    Similarly, We have been testing on this matter in our test environment too. But, we were being unable to replicate such issues. Therefore, we presumed that the issue was being caused by the browser’s cache on your side. But still, our users have been facing the same issue on their end after clearing the browser cache. So the developer team is looking into it with priority and we will update you very soon on this matter.

    i’m a paying customer…. so this sucks.

    Was working fine for me until yesterday. I think that’s when wordpress updated so likely something to do with that. Different browsers the same result. When logging into the WP back-end can edit a form once. If I go and try to edit another form it’s just stuck loading.

    I have sent the link from this entire topic to them rather then explaining the whole issue all over again. Why is it so hard to replicate the problem. Whatever browser I use, on whatever PC, at home, at work, at my boyfriends house, clearing cache, the problem is on all PC’s where I want to work on my site.
