Can't get to my admin panel anymore

  • I installed infiword theme and now I can’t log into the site as an admin anymore. the error message I get is Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/18/d68712326/htdocs/myjanuary2012/wp-content/themes/infiword/library/cleanup.php:7) in /homepages/18/d68712326/htdocs/myjanuary2012/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228

    We did a reinstall of wordpress, then the theme once again and the same thing happens.
