Can’t get to the shortcode creation page

Strange ! Can you please confirm if the plugin is active ?

If yes, please try deactivating and activating again.

Are there any plugin which hides navigation menu ?

Does the user have administrator role ?

I have Admin Menu Editor running, and I don’t see the menu item in there. ??
I do have Advanced Access Manager running and don’t see the menu item there either.

So, both these plugins aren’t blocking the plugin. I don’t think these two are messing up this time since I have two other websites where they run fine with Shortcoder.

The user is admin and I have removed the plugin and reinstalled it. And when I click on manage shortcodes (on the plugin page), it actually says that I don’t have permissions to use the page.

The error definitely means that “shortcoder admin page” is not allowed for the particular role.

You are already using some plugins related to modifying access permissions. There could be some misconfiguration on your side.

Please review the settings and confirm if the current user has the relevant xxxx_shortcoder permissions.

You can also try a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-role-editor/ to view/edit user permission.
