Can’t Get to Work at All

    Hi There,

    I downloaded your WpComplete plugin (free version) to use with OptimizePress membership page and followed your instructions to add in the html/shortcode, but only the code shows up and no button. So I took the same code and posted it in a regular wordpress post page and still only the code showed up. Next, I added the shortcode to a regular page (no OP) and still only shows the code. So at least I know it’s site wide. Can you give me any ideas on how to make it work?

  • Generally, when the buttons aren’t showing up (but the code is), it means that the selected page hasn’t been enabled properly. Make sure you go in and edit the page and click the “Enable Complete button” checkbox in the “WPComplete” metabox. Without this box checked, the page won’t be considered completable.

    If that’s still not working, please email us ([email protected]) and we can help you troubleshoot any other potential issues.

    Note: It is possible that the issue is OptimizePress, as they do store their content in the database weird, but it sounds like you’re having problems even without OP, so it’s probably something else.
