Can’t get to work with Gravity Forms notifications

    I’ve successfully created a template. I’ve tested and am also getting the system emails with the template wrapped around the messages. In the plugins, I’ve checked the Gravity Forms (Use Template), however, It’s not outputting the template with the email notifications. Is there something I’ve missed to get it to work with Gravity Forms notifications?

  • I do not understand either how WP HTML Mail plugin works with Gravity Forms.

    After you actvate the plugin go to “Email Template” under the Settings page. There will be a “Plugins” option at the top. Tick the “Use Template” box. Send yourself a test.

    Sorry Dave, I did not read your complete issue. Do you have the most up to date Gravity Forms?

    Of course. I’m advanced Gravity Forms, WordPress user. It’s configured properly but doesn’t wrap the notifications.

    That’s not how a thread is resolved. This is not resolved whatsoever.
    Opening a new thread is redundant, and confusing to new users.
