Can't get visual editor in 3.31

  • Hi,

    I’m on Mac and I have this same problem in Firefox, Chrome and Safari: I only get the HTML editor in 3.31 site but everything’s fine with this other site I run with the previous version. (See screen captures).

    There are no plugins installed. I have tried trashing and copying new wp-admin and wp-includes folder but that didn’t help.

    Can anyone help?
