Can’t get web version of image

    Hi @mateuszgbiorczyk

    When I enable your plugin for General Setting>Optimal>on the Bulk optilization of images has show this error message:

    HTTP Error 503 (50.019s): “<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n <head>\n <title>503 Backend fetch failed</title>\n </head>\n <body>\n <h1>Error 503 Backend fetch failed</h1>\n <p>Backend fetch failed</p>\n <h3>Guru Meditation:</h3>\n <p>XID: 1004736986</p>\n <hr>\n <p>Varnish cache server</p>\n </body>\n</html>\n”

    Then the processing of converted to WebP is always “calculating, please wait”

    Could you show me what is wrong and how to fix it please?

    Hi @franckw,

    Thank you for your message. I am sorry you have encountered a problem with our plugin.

    This is an error generated by your server. You probably have a lot of images on your website and the calculation process takes a long time and your server has a limit. Please, contact your hosting administrator about this and ask for information and help – inform him about the HTTP 503 error.

    Please, let me know what you managed to find out.
