Cant get wordpress on .COM

    First off let me say I know this question has probably been asked about 100 times and I apologize for that. I have searched for my answer and did not find it so I decided to make a post…

    Question: I can get wordpress to work on https://www.examplesite.com/wordpress but I cannot get it to just work on https://www.examplesite.com

    What am I doing wrong?

    I use 1&1 hosting for my Domain and Webhosting.

    Any help is much appreciated!
