Can't get WordPress to show s3 membershio levels on user page3

I created a s2 installation, and I set the plugin to show the s2 membership levels (one month and three months). Now, I can get signed in using s2, but I cannot get any new s2 member to see the restricted posts. I check the user page and the membershio levels were never listed in ANY form. Could a caching plug in cause that to happen? HELP!!!
