  • Same issue after latest update. “Back to [user]” link is logging me in as the first person in my user list and I have to log out as that person and log back in as myself. Hoping another update/patch comes soon…

    Hi @liverosnc & @hempliving ,

Sorry for not keeping you guys posted on time. I have sent a report to our developers and they released version 1.2.9 right after that. Please check and give us feedback about this.

I should remind in advance that we will be away since next week alongside with the notice from the owner of this forum: https://www.ads-software.com/news/2024/12/holiday-break/

    Best regards.

Hello! Thanks for getting back to us. I just confirmed that we have version 1.2.9 installed and the issue persists. Upon selecting the link to switch back to the admin user, it does not return to the admin user but instead logs in as the first customer in the list.

Hi, same for me. 1.2.9, same problem.

Hi, I have the same problem, version 1.2.9, when I go back to the admin account, it switches me to the first customer account.

Also a problem with version 1.2.9, I have to log out completely to be able to log back in as admin. I’m looking into alternatives to this extension!

    Hi Janilyn,

I have exactly the same issue as other users here. I can log in with my user, swap to another user successfully, but when I try to return to my user it logs me in as a completely different user and this is causing major issues for my client.

I have copied the website into a staging area and downgraded the plugin to version 1.2.7 and everythig works correctly. So the issue was introduced in version 1.2.8 and above.

    Hope this helps.

And thank you for a great plugin.

    Good Day @janilyn409

I am having the exact same error since updatiing of the plugin which is:
Once you switch your user role to anotehr customer as an admin it switches smoothly but when you try to switch back to the admin role it doesn’t work and you then have to manually log out and log back in to the admin accoutn again.

the plugin is really great hope you and your team fix this issue soon.

    Thank You!
