Can’t have any discount after installing woo advanced discounts

No it’s supposed to be green. Can you provide a screenshot of the discount itself?

now, it’s green. But I don’t know what I did to turn it green.

Nevertheless I have another problem. Look to the following example:
Price (Product A): 29,95€
Discounts:
Qty: from 10 to 19: -5% discount
Qty: from 20 to 29: -10% discount
Qty: 30 or more: -15% discount

Cart:
Item#1: Product A: Qty=11
Item#2: Product A: Qty=30

It is applying the discount (15%) to both items, because it applies the discount based on the last item. It should apply 5% discount on item#1 and 15% discount on item#2.

How can I make this work?

Are you sure the cache is disabled in the plugin settings? If it was not, please make sure it is until your setup is complete. Can you provide a screenshot of how you setup the rules?

Does not work that way. The order items count (number of products in the cart) is 25+11 = 36 so the plugin is applying this discount https://gyazo.com/9e3347aaf3a4e273ed33e993c88f6bca which is correct.

Sorry. It’s not working that way, as you can see in the example below. It’s applying the discount rate due to the quantity of the last item in the cart.

11+2=13 , following your rule it should apply the 5% discount

Instead, it’s not applying any discount as the last item as 2 un and therefore, no discount applicable.

You can put free in the purchase code. Unfortunately, i can’t look from here because i will need to check myself what you’ve done and how the plugin is reacting live in order to find out what the issue is. Maybe it’s a conflict with another plugin or the theme itself.
