Can't have two rewards same price

The campaign submission form accepts more than one with the same price, but then the pledge form on the campaign page only allows selection of one of those items. So you click and the radio button doesn’t work for the other rewards, only one of those with the same price.

Hopefully we’ll have this fixed in the next version of the theme + plugin.
