Can't import

Hi,
I have version 1.3 and am running WP 4.2.2. I installed the plugin but when I click on “OK let’s go,” nothing happens. The page refreshes and I still see the same button.
I tried it in internet explorer (was using chrome) and clicking the button brought me to the WP dashboard.
