cant import! always getting file permission error even with v4.0

    I’m trying to import my backup into a new WP installation. It uploads the file then gives me the error..

    Unable to import
    Ensure that file permissions are correctly set-up – 775 or 777 to /location/wp-content directory and all files and folders that it contains.

    I have set permission for wp-content to 777, and tried importing and still receive this error.

    im using the latest version of all in one wp migrations (v4.0) on wp 4.2.3 and my web server is nginx
