  • Oh, that’s terrible. I assume that you already installed the respective plugins to handle the short codes. Sorry, but I have a ton of questions for you.

    What were the other blocks? Were they Gutenberg default blocks or custom blocks from a different plugin?
    Is it possible that those blocks were created with a different version of Gutenberg than on the new site?
    What happened when you clicked on Convert To HTML? Did some of the display alright after that?

    Did you try to open the particular post via the Classic Editor plugin?

    I had custom blocks from a different plugin, but with the default blocks there was a problem too.

    I made page ONLY with default blocks, but I had problems too.
    No, I made in last version WP (4.9.8) and last version Gutenberg.
    When I imported to 5.0, I didn’t have problem.

    When I clicked Convert To HTML, block’s content was gone.
