Can't import CSV file with scandinavian characters

Hi,

I’ve tested the plugin with a couple of sample files and everything works fine until a value has one of the following characters: ?, ? or ?. The import doesn’t throw any error, but all the strings containing those characters are cut right before one of the characters. How to fix this?
