Can’t Import Events – EventBrite

    Lately, I’ve been unable to import events from Eventbrite. When I attempt to import an event, I get a “1 skipped” status and the event does not get imported. Can someone please help?

    Hi @fremzy,

    Please check history after importing so it will show how many events imported. 1 Skipped means you have 1 upcoming event which is already imported so it has been skipped.

    Thanks for the prompt response @xylus.

    Yes, I actually checked the Import History and that’s where it shows “1 Skipped” in the ‘Import Stats’ column. No, I don’t already have the event imported and I only tried to import that one event. This just started happening, by the way.

    Could you please advise further?

    “1 Skipped” comes only when event is already there, Check if its in trash posts?

    Hi @xylus,

    But I’m telling you, it’s not. I tried 2 separate events and it was the same problem. I even deleted them from the import history and tried again all over; same thing. I also checked the events listing in the events calendar to see if somehow the events got imported; no. I know I’m not doing anything differently from what I’ve done in the past, and it worked for me then.

    Please help. ??
