Can’t Import Reviews

    I can’t scroll down to select the import reviews button. We are able to download and edit reviews from aliexpress; however, we are unable to scroll down to the bottom of the module to select the “import review” button so that the reviews can be saved to the product listing.

    Is there a video or documentation that illustrates how to properly use this plugin? Your assistance is appreciated.

    which browser are you using by the way ?
    try to use a different browser to check if the issue is the same or not

    I am using Chrome browser. Will try in other browsers and come back. Thanks

    I cannot test new browsers because the plugin has caused an error. The site is in recovery mode. The details are

    that happen because our plugin for aliexpress is using a function which has the same name, we will proceed with changing that, meanwhile try to disable the plugin for aliexpress, and try again,

    we have tried to contact you through email but seems your address email is not correct.

    the issue has been fixed, so please upgrade the free version of aliexpress plugin which will solve in turn the issue for the reviews plugins, please contact us by email for any specific issue, if possible some screenshots

    Thanks for fixing the plugin error. The plugin did not import reviews in Chrome browser but it works in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
