Can't import Subscribers With a CSV File

I want to import an CSV file with subscribers. But when I upload the file I got the Error Message “Cannot access CSV file. Verify access rights to this directory ..”
But the folder permissions to the diretory are set to 777.
My MaiPoet Version is Mailpoet 2.6.15.Could the old WP Version be the Problem?
