Cant input credit card on mobile

    Hi!

    We are using your plugin to setup stripe payment on our website. The thing is on desktop the fields work as they should, but once the screen size comes under 690px the fields are not clickable anymore, you cant input anything (card, date or code all the same).

    When inspecting the website, the code of trhe Stripe DIV changes and becomes empty – there is no input.

    Do you have any idea what could be the problem? I have already tried using the default template and no change.

    Every time I’ve ever seen this, it’s been due to a conflict on the site
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
