Can't insert images in WordPress 3.5.

  • Ever since I’ve updated to 3.5. I’m unable to insert images into posts. I can upload them or select them from the media library, but when I click ‘insert into post’, nothing happens.

    I’ve read on another thread that I should add some code to the wp-cofig.php, but I don’t have this file…

    Another solution perhaps?

  • I used a plugin:flexible lightbox,and have this problem。

    I’ll confirm that Flexible Lightbox plugin does conflict with inserting images with WordPress 3.5. Shadowbox JS plugin works great.

    Yep, Flexible Lightbox was the culprit on my WP 3.5 install as well. Once I deactivated that plugin all was good and right in the world again.

    I have spent 5 hours today trying to resolve this issue using the links from wordpress above, going through all of the steps mentioned on here, you name it. And still the problem remains. Think I’m just going to have to go back to blogger as surely something as posting a photo shouldn’t be this hard?

    i give You 100% Solution.there are many people who are facing this problem.i also try alot to learn how to resolve this issue like i also can upload photos but when i insert image or gallery it does not show after publish or update post.its also don,t show in post after click on insert.Guys I found solution just update your wordpress. the probem is with 3.5 as i update it to 3.6 its resolve.new version is fantastic and fast.
