Can't insert Images to Posts after 3.5 upgrade

I can’t insert images into posts or pages from the media uploader. This is all since the new update. I have disabled all plugins and reverted to the basic theme, but I keep having a issue where it locks up and won’t let me select a photo. If I hit back in the browser it will take me back. I have tried in firefox, ie and chrome.
