Can’t Install

  • Hi Everyone

    I’m using MyDomain as a hosting provider

    I’ve uploaded all the wordpress files using mydomains ftp program

    I set up the database

    I’ve changed the parameters in the config file

    but when I point my browser to install – I get a landing page on my site – and nothing happens

    any ideas of where I should start

    I don’t know what that could be… but you may want try a real FTP client, like Filezilla.

    thanx moshu – I’ll try that and see how it works

    also, look inside the directory you put wordpress in and delete any index.html file your host may have there. an index.html will always show instead of an index.php file
