Can’t Install

So I’m trying to install wordpress to my site, but whenever I try to access the admin page to install it, it goes back to the regular site with my domain name and namesilo. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I tried installing using softaculous and manually and neither has worked. It still just takes me back to my domain name.
