can’t install all-in-one-seo-pack

  • tried to install all-in-one-seo-pack through the WordPress Add New Plugin page and got the following message:
    Could not copy file /blog/wp-content/upgrade/all-in-one-seo-pack.tmp/all-in-one-seo-pack/all_in_one_seo_pack-bg_BG.mo
    does anyone know how I can install this plugin? I am using the basic Kubrick blog page template with a custom header clickable image, nothing complicated with the page or the blog code. I don’t understand. Thanks for any help.
