can't install and update plugins or themes

  • when i tried to update a plugin, website gives me an error message like this:

    Unable to create directory. /public_html/wp-content/upgrade/tinymce-xiami-music.tmp/tinymce-xiami-music

    but i checked my directories permission. all 777.

    and server is running as nginx and php-fpm.both of them are running as nginx user. Does anyone can help me?
