Can't install Jetpack!?!

I have tried multiple times installing Jetpack. Everytime I try to access Jetpack it always says site_inaccessible. Then, the error message proceeds to say that Jeckpack cannot communicate with my websites server via HTTP 406. I honestly have no clue how to troubleshoot this error because I cannot find any information on the internet that implies this error. Please help..`
