Can’t Install new plugins

  • Hello

    I am having plug-in issues…among other things. First of all the dashboard doesn’t say “dashboard” anymore. The different options are still to the left of the screen, however, when I click on plugins, I have no option to “add new” or even disable plugins.
    the only plugin that i have was already installed-which is “Jetpack by WordPress.com”

    Please help. I’m trying to add and disable plugins but theres no way. I have free account.
