Can’t install or update plugins

  • Hi,

    I can’t install new plugins or update plugins.
    Every time I click update, this error message comes up:

    What can I do? How can I fix this?

    Hi there!

    I’ve had this happen before with another plugin. Have you tried deactivating all plugins first?

    If you can, you might also be able to upload the plugins you are looking to update and add via SFTP. If you don’t know that information, you can reach out to your hosting company to get those details.
