Cant install plugin, they used to be installed but disappeared.

  • Hey,
    I made this page using wordpres.org (online not downloading it as i don’t understand that much about programming). I used to have the polylang plugin installed so that my page could have two languages, and recently it disappeared and when i try to install it again or install any plugin, this sign appears “Installation failed: Could not create directory.” what sould i do?

  • That happens a lot when a plugin doesn’t or can’t remove the directory used when it is deleted.

    Just drop in there with your file manager or FTP client and delete or rename the directory used by that plugin and try the install again.

    Thank you! The thing is i never deleted any plugins, it just happened by itself. But i’ll try what your saying. Thanks!
