Can't install plugins

Hi Lucy. Thats the first time I’ve heard of this issue. Are you using the latest version of the plugin? What version of WordPress are you using? I will look and see if I can reproduce the error.

Also can you post the link that the install plugins button is trying to take you to? (Right click and copy link). Also do you have any other plugins or themes installed that also want to install plugins for you?

Yes, I am using the last version of the plugin 1.4.3 with WordPress 3.9.1.

This happens when I click on the button “Install Plugins” next to the button “Add another collection key” (just under the added collections list), the url where is taking me is:

…./wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcore-install-plugins

But on the wpcore admin page, above the list of collections I have a message:

This theme recommends the following plugins: ….. and here there is a list of the plugins of the collections I want to add.
And if I click on “Begin installing plugins” which is in this same message it will take me to a list of the plugins with bulk actions, this url:

…./wp-admin/admin.php?page=install-required-plugins

And I can install them from this page correctly.

Ok I think it is an issue with compatibility with your theme. Can you tell me what theme it is. I want to look further into it and see if I can find a fix.

Also lucymtc if you can send them theme to hello at wpcore.com I can do some testing with it here.

Thanks Lucy! Yeah so the issue is that theme is using the same plugin installation class here

I am going to work on a way to make the button work on the WPCore manage keys page when that class is in another theme or plugin. Right now WPCore is still working fine for you, it is basically just merging all the recommend plugins together. The button on the key management plugin page doesn’t work because its getting overwritten by that theme’s configuration.

I am working on a simple fix for that as well but for now it should be working when you click on the side menu or just click on update plugins.
