Can’t Install Pro Plugin

  • I just downloaded the pro version, as I need to display my facebook events on the page
    I can;t seem to install it

    The free version had imported my events, but i can;t install the pro
    when I try to add it to plugins I get

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin install failed.

    Return to Plugin Installer

    As per a previous thread, I tried decompressing and recompressing it, no luck
    I tried uninstalling the free version, no luck
    I tried reinstalling the free version and installing again, no luck

    Please advise

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    @jprescher You really need to update your site: it looks like you are sending customers to these forums for support and I am sure that mistake is not your intention.
