Can't Install The Personalized Plugin

  • So far I am enjoying this plugin. thank you. I would really like to install the personalized plugin too. I have the Meal Planner Pro plugin installed and I have the ‘Enable personalized plugin features’ box checked. I have tried several times to install the personalized plugin but get this error message:

    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
    Plugin install failed.

    Please have your host server update their PHP to version 7. I suspect they’re using an outdated version of PHP which could cause this issue.

    Also, please try updating to the latest version of our plugin. If you’re still having problems please let me know.

    Follow up: did you try installing our plugin again? It should install fine unless something is preventing this. If you haven’t tried again can you please do so and let me know.
