I am trying to install this plugin on a test site. At first, it installed fine, then I went through the setting up process. I tested with two lists, but it would not take it. I tried to go backward to skip that setup but the only thing I got was a warning that “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I deactivated it, and deleted it. I reinstalled it, and whenever I go to the FluentCRM dashboard, I keep getting that same warning. I can’t get anywhere in the FluentCRM (dashboard, contacts, etc.) as I keep getting the error. I deactivated it and deleted it three times with the same result. Interestingly, the site is still up and displaying properly.

I am not sure why this happened, but I can’t test it anymore (and don’t want to test on my live site either).

    Can you help?

  • Hi @cassel,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Can you please share a screenshot of the error so we can have a better understanding of the issue that you are facing?

Also, FluentCRM depends on Rest API to function properly so please make sure all the Rest API methods are enabled in your hosting provider.

    Thank you!

It is ok, I was able to get help directly from the site for FluentCRM.
