Can’t install theme locally (Xampp) due css not found

    After downloaded 1.1.1 zip of theme and followed install instruction (backend dashboard > Themes > Install> Browse cool-timeline.1.1.1.zip ) WordPress reports “No css style found, theme not installed”. zip file size is 345kb.
