Can't install update 3.5.1

  • Hi, can anyone help me please. I have been trying to install the WordPress Update 3.5.1 for sometime now but I keep getting the following error message;

    Downloading update from https://www.ads-software.com/wordpress-3.5.1-new-bundled.zip…

    Unpacking the update…

    The package could not be installed.: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Installation Failed

    Our blog is currently version WordPress 3.4.2

    I have tried a direct instal as well as a download, unzip & install

    appreciate some help
