Can't Install WordPress in Hindi

Hi,

I am unable to install wordpress in Hindi Language.

Spent almost a day on this.
Added the hi_IN.mo from https://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/hi_IN/branches/3.3/messages/
Also changed the config file. Didn’t worked.

Then, tried installing the plugin (wp-native-dashboard) and others. It shows the option Hindi but that seems to be of no use as everything is seen in English.

Please suggest.
