• I’m creating a website with wordpress. I’m using Filezilla. They gave me a domain and I logged in on filezilla, I had to erase the folder that was already in ther with the domain bc I dragged and dropped the wrong files (actually I don’t know why, but I could not remove, it gave the error 550, so I renamed it and created another directory with the site adress). OK, I installed wordpress but it was asking me the pasword to the fps everytime I tried to install any plugin or theme. Sometimes it didn’t stall so i did it directly on filezilla. Still it was working. But I erased the folder on filezilla so I could install it agains and see if this error would go away, but now it’s not working. When I try to go to the installation page it shows the message “Not Found
The requested URL /wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.”. I don’t get what’s happening… I’ve installed another site the exact same way.
I just took a look on the DB’s and the old site db looks like this:
    https://drive.google.com/open?id=12OaFacbzRUiN-_-PfDba2-o4yYKgyX_s

The db of the new site is looking like this:
    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1k0wa1n7QOzwM-qdtF3pQ4VDTm7s9WeRX

The wp tables aren’t there… why? I didn’t do anything different.

  • “Not Found
The requested URL /wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.”

The error most likely means you have not uploaded wordpress and its installation files to correct document root. Please check the document root and upload those files so that they are accessible in browser.
