Can't install WP, map wp-content will not upload

I ‘m not a real hero on the internet but trying to install WordPress. I followed the steps, till I reach Filezilla, everything ok. In Filezilla, I can’t get the map wp-content uploaded to the server. Also on the right side in Filezilla, the serverside, the map ‘etc’ stays empty. I tried serveral time starting over but I have no clue what could be wrong. Any ideas??
