Can't Install WP Tool Import Plugin

  • I have moved an existing domain to a hosting company I have other websites with and have installed WP on the site using softalicious. I would like to import the WP export file from the old location but I get the following error when I try to install the importer under WP Tools. “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.” I have not been able to find a solution. Domain is https://www.alpost53.org.

    Can someone please help?
