Can't install/update plugin and themes automatically

  • When i update WP to 3.3.1, i get an error and my site goes to maintenance mode, but i can resolve this problem. But, after that i can’t update or upgrade plugin and wp automaticly. because, i don’t know every time i update or install plugin, after i click install/update its show “Downloading the plugin…..” but the unzip/extrak text not showed and the installation stopped. then i must go to plugin page and activated manually (also when install themes).

    i want to fix this.
    but not to lost my database or data plugin
