Can’t link product description attribute

    Hi,

    Our client has inputted product descriptions under ‘Features > Description’ but when mapping it to either ‘Features’ or ‘Description’ in the feed app, nothing populates.

    Can you assist?

    We’d be happy to assist you. However, the “Features > Description” you mentioned, is this from a third-party plugin or a custom setup in your WooCommerce store? In the standard WooCommerce setup, product descriptions are usually managed in the “Product > Edit Product” section, under the “Product data” tab.
