    Hi @chengjianping

I just took a look and your Jetpack connection looks great. Are you still having issues?

The image optimization option prompts the administrator to disable it. What is the reason for this?

    Hey there,

I understand that you see “This feature has been disabled by a site administrator.” in Jetpack → Settings → Performance → Performance & speed.

This means that the CDN modules were disabled programmatically on your site. You can find more details in our Module Overrides guide.

If you haven’t added a snippet yourself, likely another plugin does that. It can also be a mu-plugin installed by your hosting provider.

You may want to disable all plugins except Jetpack and test if the issue persists. If it does – please contact your host provider and check with them why these modules are disabled.

On the other hand, if the issue is solved, when all plugins except Jetpack are deactivated, start activating them one by one to detect the culprit. You may want to contact the respective plugin’s author for further assistance.

I hope that the above points you in the right direction. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let us know!

    Hi there!

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
